U.S. authorities have captured the MS-13 top leader for the U.S. East Coast, the FBI announced on Thursday.
Officials captured the 24-year-old suspect in Woodbridge, Virginia, just south of Washington, D.C. Authorities have yet to release the suspect’s name, but they say he is one of the top three leaders of the MS-13 gang in the U.S.
Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel monitored the arrest as it took place Thursday morning.
Trump announced the news and called it “A big deal!”
Just captured a major leader of MS13. Tom HOMAN is a superstar!
…
Great job by Pam Bondi, @FBIDirectorKash, Tom HOMAN, and Kristi N, on the capture of MS13 leader – A big deal!

The Department of Health and Human Services is cutting 10,000 employees.
RFK Jr. said, “We are streamlining HHS to make our agency more efficient and more effective.”
We are streamlining HHS to make our agency more efficient and more effective. We will eliminate an entire alphabet soup of departments, while preserving their core functions by merging them into a new organization called the Administration for a Healthy America or AHA. The US Department of Health and Human Services will announce Thursday it is cutting 10,000 full-time employees across health agencies, the department told CNN.
…
This comes on top of 10,000 employees who’ve left voluntarily, amounting to shrinking by about a quarter of the workforce.
This will downsize the department to 62,000 full-time employees when factoring in voluntary departures.
The restructuring, along with previous voluntary departures, will result in a total downsizing to 62,000 full-time employees from 82,000.
RFK Jr also added, “We aren’t just reducing bureaucratic sprawl. We are realigning the organization with its core mission and our new priorities in reversing the chronic disease epidemic.”

The Atlantic has released more Signal messages.
They titled their article “Here Are the Attack Plans That Trump’s Advisers Shared on Signal.”
The Atlantic published Wednesday what it described as the “attack plans” at the center of a Signal text chain leak involving senior officials in the Trump administration.
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and national security adviser Mike Waltz have faced calls to resign following revelations that the outlet’s editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg was inadvertently added to a private group chat earlier this month in which Hegseth, Waltz, Vice President JD Vance and other top administration officials reportedly discussed impending airstrikes on Yemen’s Houthi rebels. Hegseth has said “nobody was texting war plans” and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard vowed during a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing Tuesday that there was “no classified material” in the messages.
…
The Atlantic said in its report Wednesday – titled “Here Are the Attack Plans That Trump’s Advisers Shared on Signal” – that “the statements by Hegseth, Gabbard, Ratcliffe, and Trump – combined with the assertions made by numerous administration officials that we are lying about the content of the Signal texts – have led us to believe that people should see the texts in order to reach their own conclusions.”
JD Vance said that “it’s very clear Goldberg oversold what he had.”
Karoline Leavitt said, “The Atlantic has conceded: these were NOT ‘war plans.”
It’s very clear Goldberg oversold what he had. But one thing in particular really stands out.
Remember when he was attacking Ratcliffe for blowing the cover for a CIA agent? Turns out Ratcliffe was simply naming his chief of staff. https://t.co/BUGbX6gZDZ

The Atlantic has already abandoned their bullshit “war plans” narrative, and in releasing the full chat , they concede they LIED to perpetuate yet ANOTHER hoax on the American people.

The FCC rejected CBS’s attempt to get a compliant over their 60 minutes interview with Kamala Harris dismissed.
Trump has sued CBS for $20 billion.
The FCC on Tuesday shot down CBS’s bid to immediately dismiss a complaint from a conservative group over the controversial “60 Minutes” interview with Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris just weeks before the election.
The show drew criticism from the Center for American Rights and then-presidential candidate Donald Trump over CBS’s broadcast of a portion of Harris’ answer to a question about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on “60 Minutes” and a different portion of her answer to the same question on “Face the Nation.”
Trump has sued CBS for $20 billion, alleging that “60 Minutes” deceptively edited the interview in order to interfere with the election, which he easily won over the vice president.
FCC Chair Brendan Carr said, “We’re not close in my view to the position of dismissing that complaint at this point.”
FCC Chair Brendan Carr rejected the idea, telling Reuters on Tuesday that there is still an ongoing investigation. “We’re not close in my view to the position of dismissing that complaint at this point,” he said.

The FCC is reviewing whether the broadcast violates “news distortion” rules. Though the agency is prohibited from censorship or infringing the First Amendment rights of media, broadcasters cannot intentionally distort the news.
Bad news for CBS.

Donald Trump said that Jeff Bezos fretted to him about the Washington Post’s newsroom employees being “out of control.”
Trump said in an interview, “He said, ‘This is crazy, I lose my fortune running this thing and they, you know, they’re out of control.”
President Donald Trump said in a new interview he was optimistic about his working relationship with Jeff Bezos as well as the future of the Washington Post, claiming Bezos had even disparaged the newspaper’s staffers to him.
“They actually did a couple of bad articles on him (Bezos),” Trump said in an interview with OutKick’s Clay Travis. “He said, ‘This is crazy, I lose my fortune running this thing and they (Post newsroom employees), you know, they’re out of control.’ These people are crazy. They’re crazy people. They’re out of control.”
“(Bezos is) a good guy,” Trump added. “I didn’t really know him in the first term. I mean, it’s such a difference between now and the first time.”
Jeff Bezos previously announced a change to the Washington Post’s opinion pages.
They will now be writing to support “personal liberties and free markets.”
I shared this note with the Washington Post team this morning:
I’m writing to let you know about a change coming to our opinion pages.
We are going to be writing every day in support and defense of two pillars: personal liberties and free markets. We’ll cover other topics too of course, but viewpoints opposing those pillars will be left to be published by others.
There was a time when a newspaper, especially one that was a local monopoly, might have seen it as a service to bring to the reader’s doorstep every morning a broad-based opinion section that sought to cover all views. Today, the internet does that job.
I am of America and for America, and proud to be so. Our country did not get here by being typical. And a big part of America’s success has been freedom in the economic realm and everywhere else. Freedom is ethical — it minimizes coercion — and practical — it drives creativity, invention, and prosperity.
I offered David Shipley, whom I greatly admire, the opportunity to lead this new chapter. I suggested to him that if the answer wasn’t “hell yes,” then it had to be “no.” After careful consideration, David decided to step away. This is a significant shift, it won’t be easy, and it will require 100% commitment — I respect his decision. We’ll be searching for a new Opinion Editor to own this new direction.
I’m confident that free markets and personal liberties are right for America. I also believe these viewpoints are underserved in the current market of ideas and news opinion. I’m excited for us together to fill that void.
Jeff
Is Jeff Bezos going to fix the Washington Post?
Tom Homan announced that ICE arrested 370 illegal aliens in Boston and the surrounding areas.
Homan said, “A majority of the 370 being significant criminals. These arrests included 6 foreign fugitives, including four who were wanted for murder or to serve a criminal sentence for murder, along with drug traffickers, child sexual predators and numerous other violent public safety threats.”
I made a promise at CPAC that I was going to Boston after reading about numerous illegal alien child rapists walking the streets of Boston and Massachusetts. ICE had to find and arrest these illegal alien rapists because Massachusetts and Boston are sanctuaries that refuse to cooperate with ICE. They would rather release these animals back into the community rather than honor ICE detainers or notify ICE when they are scheduled to be released. Mayor Wu later testified that I was lying. Well, I traveled to Boston last Tuesday, as promised, and we kicked off a five day operation with ICE, FBI, ATF, DEA, US Marshals and DSS. These incredible men and women arrested a total of 370
Illegal aliens in Boston and surrounding areas. A majority of the 370 being significant criminals. These arrests included 6 foreign fugitives, including four who were wanted for murder or to serve a criminal sentence for murder, along with drug traffickers, child sexual predators and numerous other violent public safety threats. These officers and agents made the neighborhoods of Boston and Massachusetts much safer. They risked their own safety by arresting these criminals on the street, rather than a jail. Governor Healy and Mayor Wu should be ashamed of supporting sanctuary policies. Releasing public safety threats back into the public, rather than working with ICE at the jails, puts the public at great risk. President Trump’s “all of government effort” to arrest and remove the WORST FiRST is making our communities safer every day. President Trump is a Game Changer who is keeping his promises to the American people. Much more to do, but it will be done!
